The MyStart program starts at $299/month, excluding any discounts. This all-inclusive pricing covers physician evaluations, follow-up appointments, unlimited access to clinicians, monthly prescriptions, a 4-week or 12-week supply of medication (depending on your chosen plan), any necessary blood work, and shipping—guaranteed with no hidden fees.
After completing the health intake quiz, your information will be reviewed by a licensed clinician. Based on your health needs, you may either have a video consultation with a doctor or receive a prescription within 24 hours. Same-day video consultations are also available if necessary.
Once your prescription is issued, your medication will be processed, and shipping and tracking details will be provided within two business days. You'll receive a 4-week or 12-week supply each month (depending on your chosen plan) and have unlimited access to our patient care team and doctors for any concerns. Monthly plans are auto-billed and auto-shipped each month. 3-month plans are auto billed every 3 months, with entire 3-month supply shipped at once. Regardless of your plan, every 3 months it is required to complete a Refill Intake Form. Regular text and email updates will keep you informed about your shipment’s progress.
If you have questions about your progress, side effects, or dosage, you can consult with a clinician at no additional cost, as often as needed.
